ASUS 560 ti DC II 2gb vs EVGA 560 ti 2gb w/ Backplate

Hi Guys,
I was choosing parts for a new PC build but saw the two of them
so which is better?
The Asus 560 Ti DCII 2gb

Note:The EVGA one has reference PCB while the ASUS dont. :D

  1. the asus because it's cheaper and has a better cooler. Also it's clocked quite a bit higher.

    and i don't see the backplate on the evga one...
  2. ^+1 And it's a non-reference PCB, so you will be able to overclock it even higher than that. If you want, or course.

    There is a backplate on EVGA's website

    Yeah, but Asus high-end cards are usually beasts. And you won't need customer support more than once if the card is good.
