EVO 212 alternative

I ordered an coolermaster evo 212, but didn't see that they wouldn't get it in stock for over 2 months so im looking for a good alternative for about the same price.
I can pay a bit more if there's something you would recommend.
It's a socket 1155 mobo

Scythe Mine 2 in Europe has around the same price range and has had many good revieuws.
it comes with a additional fan control and at max rpm its an airplane, but at low rpm is silent.

Cooler Master Hyper 412S, is that more or less the same or? newer version?

Looked at a couple of reviews and it seemed to perform similar or better than the 212 . So if the price is about the same I would say it is a safe bet, will now go on my shortlist

they don't sell EVGA superclock cpu cooler in Norway it seems :s
Our import-taxes are insane so i don't think i'd benefit from it.
