Custom made PC

Hi, I'm currently trying to build a custom made PC and I'm fairly new to this. Below is a list of parts that I picked out and I just wanted to make sure if I need any other core componments and want to make sure they will run with each other. Like if I need a better power supply or a different motherboard/CPU combo. Thanks for your help.

you don't currently have a motherboard.

Also the 550ti is not a good deal. buy at least a 6850 which is much much faster for about the same price.

Agree with esrever about the video card. The 6850 is a better choice.

Don't like the case because it doesn't have USB 3.0 ports on the front panel.

You need a motherboard. I suggest the following as an all around great performer and quality built board.
