That price is after rebates, but it should go down a bit a month from now. A motherboard with 4 RAM slots is going to cost double the price, so I'd advise against it unless you want to severely hamper your graphics card performance.

I picked a RAM that only uses one slot, so you can still expand later on with the other slot.
