Computer not opening anything and lagging.

Hey guys, right now i'm on my laptop because my main computer has a nasty problem. When i reboot it and it starts up, it starts to have these random freezes about every 2 seconds.. You can even hear the computer making a buzzing noise. The biggest problem I have right now is nothing will work on it! And by nothing i literally mean that, because the start button and even ol' faithful task manager doesn't work. Could someone help me out here?

I have experienced the same problem and found out the problem was bad ram, have you gotten any BSOD with memory management or something like that as the error? If so Im pretty certain its the ram. Hope this helps, goodluck!

See thats the thing.. I'm not getting any errors or nothing.. It's just running terribly.

It took me about 2 weeks until I got my first error. I sadly can't suggest anything other than it being a problem with the ram.

hmm.. well i tried running it in safe mode and it still has the same problem.. would ram still be a problem then?

Not certain, my guess would be that it would still be a problem.
