Hello, I need a new laptop for my friend. He lives in Canada and needs it for audio recording, heavy gaming and some other stuff his budget is 700 $ and he would like a laptop please forgive me as I had little time to write this question.

You can scratch out heavy gaming on a laptop for only $700 CA, but this one *might* be able to handle some gaming at low to medium settings.
