I'm trying to upgrade my graphics card but, honestly, I'm pretty ignorant about this stuff. Currently I plan to upgrade my power supply to this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182200

so now I just need to know what to look for, for a graphics card. My motherboard is a FOXCONN 2AB1, my CPU is an AMD Phenom II X4 830.

I'm looking to spend between 100-150 dollars. Please help!! Thanks

1. What is your current PSU? It is possible that you do not need to upgrade at all.
2. What do you use your PC for?
3. What is the monitor resolution that you have ( ex: 1920x1080, 1366x768, etc )...

I actually wanted to add something to this...after doing some research on this stuff, I see a lot of complaints about the Corsair cx500 frying computers/video cards...any thoughts, or should I be fine?

^Corsair power supplies are very good & I can't imagine it failing much less frying other components. I have one more HX620 for almost 3 years & an HX850 for about 6 months. Can you provide the links where it says CX500 is frying computers/video cards?
