Can anyone tell me if there is any computer control software where I can
take shot via the PC.

The canon software is OK but Remote Capture will not show in real time
what's in front of the lens, you have to do a test shot.

I would like some software that allowed me to see what's in front of the
lens like a video if you like.

I would also like something voice activated where I can shout " SHOOT " and
it takes a shot but I think im dreaming there LOL

You've just described what might in some cases provide a better
solution than what you're asking for. A small video camera could be
used to show you what the camera sees, but could be positioned to
give a wider field of view. This might be useful for nature
photography where if you could only see what was seen by the
camera's lens you might not have enough time to respond to quickly
moving birds or animals. You'd have a choice as to whether a small
video monitor is used, or if the video picture is displayed in a
small window on the PC's screen. Then when the time is right, take
the picture with Remote Capture.

Use a tripod to set up the shot beforehand.

Hmm, I just checked my version of RemoteCaptureTask version 1,1,0,7 and
it does have a real time window. The button is just below the zoom
controls. Maybe you missed it?
