Bugdet: $150, I would love to keep this under $100 though..

Purchasing: Next 3 days or ASAP

For: Gaming (Diablo 3, Starcraft II, maybe some higher graphic games in the summer)

Resolution: 1920x1080

PSU & My Build:
CPU: i3 2100
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2h
PSU: Antec 450W
RAM: 2x2g MicroCenter Brand
HD: 500GB 3.5 SATA

Overclocking: Maybe. Is it hard? Do I need a bunch of fans? Is it risky/worth it?

Crossfire: No.
