Do 6xx Nvidia cards have anything like AMD's ZeroCore?

One place where the 7970 wins out,and it affects alot of us,is Idle power!! AMD cards have zero core(the thing keeping Tom from Quad x-fire, till he got it sorted). If you sit in front your computer messing with it all the time, it doesn't matter, but if you leave your machine on all the time or walk away from it alot, the AMD cards will sense when your monitor turns off and cut it's core power to only a few watts.

Basicaly I see this as the same thing:
Nvidia=higher base clock and overclocks when needed, always using less power.
AMD=needs more power to do the same work but underclocks when not needed, to make up for it's power wasteing

But I read from various benchmarks and reviews that HD 7770 consumes only 7W when idle, and cuts down to below 1W with ZeroCore

That's what I want. I leave my PC on to leech/seed at least 12 hours a day

What are the new features of nVidia's except FXAA, TXAA & Adaptive V-Sync?
No it's not a marketing trick, the GPU actually consumes 3W in long power idle (monitor off) and the new technology should be working perfectly with the CFX setups as CrossFire users as they didn't need all those cards running when at idle as they produce noise and heat when it isn't necessary.
