Lenovo ThinkCentre M55p Upgrade

Just got a brand new slimline (half height) Lenovo for £40, bargain! Specs are as follows :

>E6600 Intel Core 2 Duo
>3Gb DDR2 RAM
>80Gb Boot drive (to be replaced with SSD)
>160Gb Data drive (to be replaced with 500Gb)
>Ati X1300 graphics card
>220w Power supply (manufacturers under-rate?)

After selling the hard drives and Ati card, should about break even.

I want to upgrade this machine to run games at a basic level. I have been researching cards and the best option appears to be an Nvidia GT 440??

Any other suggestions/input would be welcome - I only want to play Bioshock 1 & 2, COD4, Dead Island and a few other basic games (no Metro 2033 or Crysis)

What resolution do you plan on playing at? Also, that power supply is a tad small.
