You probably shouldn't buy a coolermaster psu on purpose. However if you already have it, you should be fine running that card; assuming both are in proper working order, and you don't have any overclocks or tons of drives/peripherals.
They even specifically state that they do not recommend this power supply. Furthermore, it is unstable and low quality and confirmed to be a EP460w with minor differences. The EP460w is no other than an EP400w unit which acts more like a low quality 300w unit.
This is a trash PSU and is why cooler master has such a shitty reputation. These powersupplies are low quality, inefficient, not stable, and sell because it's a *brand name* as coolermaster has some decent stuff that is not power supplies.
The only CM power supplies i'd ever recommend would be the Silent Pro's and only if other more reputable units are not available
If it's the Thermaletake Toughpower XT850W then it's a decent unit but it does have voltage ripple issues at full power but it's still in spec. If you can snag it for cheap then go for it. Anything would literally be better than the CM EP.
