Planetside 2

Hello,

I would like to get in to Planetside 2 because it looks like a really cool game but I just need to know if I need to upgrade for it.

Here is what System Requirements Lab give me :

CPU
Recommended: Intel i5 processor or higher / AMD Phenom II X6 or higher
You Have: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 925 Processor


Would it really be necessary to upgrade or am I fine? Everything else is all right except for that, I have got 8 gigs of DDR3 RAM and a GeForce GTX 550 Ti video card.


Is it good enough or should I upgrade? Thanks!

You can run it no problem. I know a few people with that exact CPU who are doing fine with it. Planetside 2 is CPU bound more than GPU bound. If you need a beta key let me know =)

Also, on the PS2 Beta message boards, there is a Tweak guide I highly recommend doing. just a heads up!

I'm totally down for a beta key if you have one.

And yeah if the phenom 2 x4 doesn't work on medium then something is wrong. (but yeah it is planetside 2 we are talking about and can get quite hectic)
