Any one have ASUS GTX570 DCII ? Please Help [Bios]

i upgraded to wrong bios and now i can't get the Default factory bios back

the update in the asus site was for the cards with this part numbers

80-C1CQ60-X0A01
80-C1CQ60- X0A02
80-C1CQ60- X0A03

but mine is
90-C1CQ60-X0UAY0BZ

please if any one had the same card with the same part number
make a copy of vga bios and upload to me .

Current Bios :
GPU Device Id: 0x10DE 0x1086
Version: 70.10.1B.00.00
ASUS ENGTX570 VB Ver 70.10.1B.00.AS02

i have tried another one i downloaded from this site Version [70.10.38.00.03] this is for the same device id i thought this is the correct one but after i restarted my pc i get black and white lines in the screen but thanks god I have been able to access windows and update to [70.10.1B.00.00] again.

please if anyone had the same card with the same part number
make a copy of the bios with nvflash tool Please! .
