First Build- AMD processor/motherboard questions

So i'm making my first build and i have everything planned out except the processor and the motherboard. I'm trying to stay on a 500 dollar budget and so i think i have done very well. I'm looking to get a bundle or a motherboard and cpu made for a gaming rig to run games like crysis, cod3, minecraft, wow, ect.

I have been reading a lot of reviews lately but can't come up with a processor and motherboard that i can get with great performance and room for upgrades on the motherboard if possible!

All suggestions are appreciated!
