Is this temperature rise okay?

My Ivy Bridge I7 3770k with stock heat sink idles at anywhere around 26C-32C depending on room temperature. I am very new to the whole custom PC thing so I do not know where it should be at when I play games. When I play the game Gotham City Imposters my temperature rises to around 42C sometimes. Are those temperatures okay?

Normally I would expect 40 degree idle and 70-80 degree running intensive application but yours is only 42 which is as low as you get which is a good thing for you.
