Hi everyone; well I am doing an extra build using the HIS HD 4670 with passive cooling, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... ,
& it was running at around 120F or 43C, to increase the head dissipation I strapped an old cpu fan to the passive cooling part. Anything I should be concerned about or know? Never tried doing this before, adding a fan to passive cooling I mean. Thanks in advance for the help!

I don't see how it could possibly be bad or go wrong. I had a passive 7200GS and a stuck an intel 775 fan onto it.

Thanks! Seems to be better now, the issue was that the side of my case, made of a type of plexiglass, was shattered during moving, so I've lost my interior pressure for airflow. I have good coolers on the hardware & an oscillating fan blowing cool air into the case, an ad-hoc fix but so far, so good.
