GTX460m Vs 8800GT?

One of those looks like it is in a laptop, and the other is obviously in a desktop. Could you possibly be a bit more clear on the specifics here?

Yeah the GTX 460m is for a laptop and the 8800 GT is for the desktop. If you want to know the difference in a GTX 460 with out the M and the 8800 GT then think day as to night.

So if you get the 460 will show a tremendous up grade. I hope this is what you wanted to know? Good luck to you.

GTX 460m (laptop version) would be a bit faster than 8800GT. However, proper GTX 460 is way faster than 8800 GT.
