Is this combination of MB-CPU-RAM good?

I'm going to get myself a new motherboard, cpu and ram.

Do you think the following are a good combination?

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-X79-UD5
CPU: INTEL CORE I7 3820 3.60GHZ (I'm certainly buying this processor)
RAM: GSKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL RIPJAWSX DDR3-1600MHZ CL9 8GB (2X4GB) (there is also a 1866Mhz one with fans for an extra 15$)
FAN: THERMALTAKE CL-P0579 CONTAC30 (this is the only fan I could find near me which is compatible with 2011 socket)

I have the following which I'm going to use with this setup:
XFX Radeon HD6850
Xilence XP800 800Watt PSU
A decent Cooler Master case.
