I'd say go for the HD 7850 because it provides similar or greater performance than the GTX560Ti and consumes much less power.

Also OP, you don't want to be comparing the core clocks on a ATI and a nVidia card. Doesn't work that way.

And go for the 7850! :)

7850 is a very solid gaming card, at stock 860Mhz, it outperforms 560 Ti 448 and it is close to 6970/570 performance (according to tom's hardware). So at 975Mhz it will be really fast and might outperform the 6970 and 570. But I need to know what other options you have other than the Gigabyte windforce? It's OK to get it, but note it has lots of 3/5 egg rating at newegg, it's maybe pretty bad...

But otherwise, I feel sorry for this 7850 card. It performs really good and really fast like a 570/6970... I was happy to see it on stock (each brand has one) in almost every place, but now, they dissapear, most of them are out of stock... It's just like a 680...

thank you folks , i think I'll go for the 7850 . but I've another question about the motherboard . i recently knew that the motherboard plays important role in overclocking <the cpu and the gpu both> is the motherboard listed above a good one in overclocking? or should i replace it
other options like P67 motherboards
will it be a greet difference in overclocking performance ?

To be honest the motherboard is not great, P67 would be a much better option :) .

about your question of other options or brands of the HD 7850 Gpu , there is the SAPPHIRE
SAPPHIRE HD 7850 OC 2GB GDDR5
Is it any good than the gigabyte? considering that it has lower clock "920 MHz Core Clock"

7850. Definitively. See if you can find this card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Also the performance for nvidia optimised games like bf3, diablo, cyrsis 2 etc may dip. If those are your games of choice, then the 560 ti (esp the twin frozr hawk edn) isn't really a bad option.
