Is my 1055T voltage safe?

I have a Corsair H80 on my 1055T running at 4GHz. My only concern is that to achieve this overclock i have to run the chip at 1.525V. I've looked around elsewhere and apparently the Phenom IIs are fine at upto 1.55V, but I just want to be sure. At the end of the day I am planning to change my CPU in the near future.

I ran a few runs of Cinebench 11.5 and the temps seem to be fine and the system appears to be stable under 100% load, I was actually quite impressed with my result of 7.10. Although I don't know how that compares to Ivybridge.

I wouldn't run more than 1.45v with my 1045t but that's just because I don't want to worry about cpu lifespan.

What are your temps under full load?

7.10 is good for an X6. My sandy bridge 2600k @4Ghz gets ~7.82. My 1045t @ 3.4 got 6.08 IIRC.

I did a 5 minute run of AIDA64 just to see how much the temps would rise, and according to AMD Overdrive it was hovering around 28.5 degrees from about 3 minutes onwards. This seems unrealistically low for me considering the voltage i'm pumping through it.

Try core temp, hwmonitor etc. Also try a different load test like prime95 or intel burn test. also verify that your CPU is going to full load in the task manager.

I downloaded coretemp and it appears to be showing the same temp readings as AMD Overdrive. I did also check CPU usage whilst the test was running at it was showing all cores at 100%.

That's really low. I would try intel burn test and/or prime 95.
