can i7 core processor can fit in the place of My Intel Dual-Core Processor E5200 2.5GhZ in the same motherboard in which my dual core processor is installed ?????? please help :(

No, it cannot. Your CPU is on the LGA775 socket. Current i7s are on the LGA 1155 socket or LGA 2011 socket. An i7 CPU is not supported by your motherboard, and will not even physically fit into your motherboard's CPU socket. You're going to need a new motherboard and new RAM at the very least along with the CPU if you want to upgrade to an i7.

no it cannot! there are some quad cores that will fit i believe the q series quad processors should fit.

You can pickup an i7 in four flavours (lga1366, lga1156, lga1155 and lga2011), none of these will fit or work in your lga775 motherboard.
