How to add files in HBCDCustomizer

Don't understand how to add files/folders/ISO's to HBCDCustomizer??

Can someone explain in detail for me??

I got as far as extracting MYHBCD Rebuild 09.12.2011........... to c:\MyBootCD

Then it told me to add files folders & I got confused????

Please help, I want to customize my Boot CD's.................................NOT USB's. My Computer doesn't support booting from USB's.
