unless the board comes with the latest up to date BIOS pre-installed, most likely not. the fact that i've yet to hear of that CPU means it's a newer model, and those usually require a BIOS update until the motherboard manufacturers released a new revision of the boards, whenever that usually is.

check rgd1101's link. very helpful for your research and should answer all CPU & RAM compatibility questions. protip; the lowest BIOS no. is the oldest and are usually the default (until the newest revision of the board)

most (but not always all) SB CPUs are compatible with all Intel series 7 boards (B75/H77/Z77) by default.

You are good.

The ASUS P8B75-M LE uATX LGA1155 B75 motherboard does support the i3-3240 ever since bios update 0407.
It was released last april. No doubt the motherboard will have the latest bios, or close to it by now.

The i3-3240 is as good as it gets for a dual core cpu.
Much better than the i3-2120 that you linked.
