What CPU is this? Circa 1996

I found my first PC in my parent's attic a few weeks ago. I tore into it today to check out what I was working with when I was 10 years old.





It's a socket 7, I think it might be an AMD K6 300MHz just looking for a second opinion.

Its going to be one of these:

However, only the straight up K6 "Little Foot" was manufactured in 1998, and that is the first 300 MHz processor from AMD.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking, it was in this motherboard:

That might help narrow it down.
Also on the front panel of the case it had an LED displaying 300 for the speed of the CPU and there was a SICK turbo button and I'm not even sure if it worked or what it did. It was so long ago. :)
