I got a generic 350 PSU for my AMD 800 @933 and MSI Turbo-R mobo. I also have 3 fans in my full tower (1 intake in the lower front side and 2 outakes in the upper back, above the psu). I have a fop32-1 and the temps are 52C - 59C idle/full and the case is at 34C. My room temp is around 40 (no a/c yet). The PSU fan is blowing hot air out but the case fan air is cool. Is this normal for the PSU or this is because it's cheap worthless piece? All the 350W psu fan blow out hot air?

Thanks for your replies

The fact that its exhausting warm air indicates the psu coolong is doing its job, if the hot air DIDNT come out of the back then the psu would overheat.

Is this normal that the PSU is so hot? What are the normal temps? 30C, 35C, 40C?

Yes its normal.
Normal temps for an Athlon CPU??
If your not overclocking, you shouldn't be too worried if your maxing out around 55 or 57 celcius.
