New powersupply for new graphics card

im planning to use gtx 280 soon. (plz dont ask any question about why im using it). and i decided to upgrade my powersupply due to the fact that it is PS that comes with the case and i dont trust them much. so please recommend me some decent PS that can run 6pin+8pin GC. i use i3 with b75 motherboard and 1ssd with 1hdd. Also, i really dont care about the certifications or companies (least not unknown) but i do care about silence and price. i hope it is in cheap range (20~50$) and not loud.
also i found this PS at ncix and i want to ask you guys if this will work with gtx 280? i could get the 6pin to 8pin. Also does it matter to use 6 to 8pin? i believe there is about 75W diffs.
