Vsync causing frames to stutter only in WoW and Starcraft 2. Please Assist.

I have the Alienware x51 and recently upgraded the GPU to a Sapphire 7850 OC. When playing any other game, Vsync works great and causes no problems. But when playing WoW or Starcraft 2, the game appears to skip frames and looks awful. I have tried tweaking with the settings ingame and in the Catalyst Center and cant seem to figure out, why its just these 2 games.

I get that too, it's really just a driver bug from what I can tell with Blizzard games. Have you tried turning Vsync off in the game and on in the Catalyst AI? It sorta worked in SC2 for me.

Thanks for the response. I was assuming it was a driver bug. I will try the CC trick. I hope it works or they fix it. Because WoW and SC2 ran better with vsync on. I can see tearing in SC and some tearing in WoW.

Do you leave adaptive Vsync on or take it off?
