Absolutely not on the PSU - Ultra power supplies are absolute junk - I had one on my build and it was constantly causing problems. Go with this instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094

And then swap your GPU with a Radeon 6850: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102908
