Horizontal Lines

Hello,
I use my Vizio 42 inch HD3D TV as my display for my computer.I have been doing extensive research into this matter and have tried everything that I've come across. I have a Dell Studio xps 8100 it came with a ati HD5770 gpu. I could play games and watch videos no problems. I bought the pc specifically for final fantasy 14. I could only play the game on standard settings so I upgraded to a newer gpu, this gpu was a galaxy HD6670. Thats when this all started to happen I was getting faint horizontal lines when I would move my camera view around in game. I tried downloading the drivers again uninstalling the old ones booting in safe mode checking for any lingering files t and installing the drivers again. Then I moved onto swapping out HDMI cords in case one of them was faulty, this did no good either. Finally the only thing I could think of was a faulty gpu so I returned it and bought a Evga GTX560 SE and upgraded my psu to a 600watt and Im still having this issue. I have done meme test and nothing has come back I have tried using EVGA OC scanner X looking for artifacts I let it run for an hour and nothing came up. Sorry for the long post but I really wanted to lay down every bit of detail from point A to point B.

More about : horizontal lines

My tempts have been spiking recently normally when I'm playing my game its at around 55-56 Celsius last night I checked it and it spiked to 75 Celsius I was in an outside area with gusts of wind and other weather effects. When I returned to my personal home where there is no special effects the temp dropped back down to 55-56 Celsius. The psu is a Corsair GS600.
