Problem with new pc

Hello,
Yesterday i was trying to launch my new pc;
Amd phenom x4 965 BE,
Corsair 2x4GB,
Ocz 550w bronze 80+,
Gigabyte GTX 660 ,
Asus M5A97 L r2.0
But when i connected dvi cable to my graphics card and launched the pc i got nothing on my monitor... I'm sure i've connected all cables and i have no idea wtf is wrong...
Please help me, i need to continue doin my job...

Did you plug in the 4/8pin power next to the cpu socket on the motherboard?
Did you plug in the 6 pin power connectors on the graphics card?
Did you select the correct source from your monitor/ try different outputs on your video card?
Did you try switching RAM slots with a single stick?
Did you get a POST beep code?

(If you already have an OS installed) If you plug in speakers/headphones do you get a startup tone?
Are there any LEDS on the motherboard that indicate a problem?
Do you get a signal with another graphics card?
Do you get a signal with another cpu?
Do you get a signal with other RAM?
Do you get a signal with another monitor?

all (ram, gp, hdd) were used on previous pc... leds are working, monitor has been used before...
