Intel Core i3-2100 Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000 BX80623I32100

GA-Z77-DS3H LGA 1155 Z77 ATX Intel Motherboard

CORSAIR Builder Series CX600 V2 600W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Crucial 1333Mhz Ballistix RAM

My computer will not boot. I press the power button and the fans of the PSU, CPU, and GPU turn on for a moment but then simply stop. Nothing flashes on my attached monitor, no BIOS- nothing. I checked to see if the RAM speed was compatible and it is with both the motherboard and the CPU. the motherboard is certified to work with the i3. everything appears to be wired properly and the fan and i3 are both secured in place in what I believe strongly to be the proper position.

Please help!

I FEEL SO STUPID.
I looked around online a few more times to find out what was up.
And I found that there is a connector on my motherboard that's not plugged in. ATX 12volt it's labeled and I believe it's the CPU power. Let me know if I'm wrong, but shouldn't that under ANY condition be a cause of no-booting? Like tearing out somebody's aorta or something.
