Hey guys i'm trying to get my Gaming pc water cooled. I'm mostly doing it because i have a personal preference and i hate the fan noise my cooler makes.

I don't want a water cooler like the Corsair H100 or H80, I want a custom one like were I have to have a pump, pipes, radiator, and so on..

My budget is $60 because that's all I have saved up at the moment. (don't judge me lol)

Thanks in Advance, Christopher.H :)

Okay, it's a start but, unfortunately, that'll get you a CPU water block only. That may be the way to go though, purchase the parts as you can afford them... the cheapest kit I will recommend is the XSPC RayStorm 750 RS240 Water Cooling Kit, runs about $150 (I'm going to catch some flack for that - most will say to go with at least the RX240 for about $40 more) here

The kits come with all parts for a CPU cooling adventure and the Raystorm is a nice waterblock.
Not what you wanted to hear I'm sure but IMO, that's the way to get started into water cooling
Hope it helps a little
