Cheapest 3 screen GPU

I need a card to be able to run 2x22" monitors at 1680x1050 and a 50 inch TV at 1080p. All I do is watch video and browse the web. I will be using it alongside my integrated sandy bridge graphics on the Asus P8Z68V-LX. I need the TV to run on VGA and the monitors to run on DVI/HDMI.

*I just need the capibility, nothing more*
