PC hangs at POST

Hello,
Sorry for my English.
I've got a problem with my PC. It hangs during the POST process, usually before memory or disks testing, but not always. But I've discovered a way to solve this partly. So, I just have to unplug PC from power for about a minute and then reboot again. And then everything is OK. What can be a problem?

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 240 x2, 2800 MHz
Mobo: Gigabyte M68M-S2P
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 7025 / NVIDIA nForce 630a (on board)
RAM: 2GB DDR2 400 MHz
HD: Samsung HD322HJ 300 GB
PSU: Logic-500 atx 500W

Hi, It might be a power supply or a motherboard issue. Can you borrow a PSU and test?
