I decided to get a faster modem since we are not streaming a lot more and started on the XBOX Live. I got a Zoom 5241 which seemed to have some good specs for what I need. I turned of my pc and unplugged my router when I connected the new modem. Before I connected the coax and ethernet, I held down the reset button, made all connections, waited 3 min., plugged in router...waited...powered up pc. Modem lights keeps cycling, DS flashes a while-then solid then US flashed-solid, then Online flashes-never solid and starts all over. Link light is continuously lit. I tried /renew, nothing. I don't get it. What am I doing wrong.
