Just few days ago, my nvidia 9500gs's temperature started to rise, 80'c for non gaming , and 110'c when gaming. lags so much in game. therefore, i decided to buy a new video card.
i can buy
-----AMD Radeon HD A5450PE3512 512MB GDDR3 PCI-E Video Card, 49dollars
or
-----AMD Radeon HD A6450PE31G 1GB GDDR3 PCI-E Video Card 59dollars

.....which one should i choose????????????? i only play mmorpg, for example: dragon nest, wow, etc.

Thank you :)

i would say the 6450 with 1GB of vram just for the extra amount of vram as the extra 512mb will help with any game which you play besides wow as that mostly uses the cpu and system ram not vram even though it does use both

If your PSU works with 9500 then you should no worry running a 6450 on it. :)

As wa1 said, dont worry about it, the PSU should do fine, the 6450 is a low profile card, so it can only draw 75watts from the pcie slot, so if you could run a 9500 you will be fine. Also go with the 6450, it is newer and it has more vram.

Hope this helps
