Will this power supply be good enough to install windows?

Here is the system specs:
The computers specs are as follows:
AMD Phenom II x4 840 3.2GHZ
12GB DDR3 Ram
eVGA GTX 550 ti GPU
Single SATA HDD (7,200 RPM)

I have a 300W sitting around and I just want to install windows to the computer. I don't plan on putting any amount of load on it. (Gaming and such)

Will the power supply allow for me to just install windows 7 and drivers?

Thanks for the help.

  1. Do not think it will, unless you have the PCIe connectors to power the video card.
  2. I have a pci-e power adapter
  3. Oh and I can't pull the gpu out as the motherboard doesn't have onboard video
  4. Do you really want to take the risk of frying! your video card before you get a proper power supply?
