Directx 9.0c error

I get an error when I try to install directx 9.0c saying: An internal system error occured. Please refer to Dxerror.log and Directx.log in your windows folder to determine problem. I get it when setup has almost finished installing the Directx at the end. Here is what the Dxerror.log has:

My specs are:
MB: Asus nforce 2
GPU: GF 7300GT GDDR3 128mb
CPU: Amd athlon 1400+ on 1.40ghz
Ram: 1.25gb
HDD: 80gb Maxtor

I forgot to say the Os is Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 32-bit

Hi, i got this error too.

Error 0xC000001D means Illegal instruction
You have to enable the SSE Extensiones to your CPU on the BIOS settings.

After that, you can install Direct x9 smoothly.
