Hi all,

Have got a new Casio EX-P600 P&S Digital camera and have taken a few
snapshots, but only have the 'free space' provided by casio to post my
photo's to. Can anyone recommend a free site I could put some pictures on. I
am new to this so need as much advise as possible and don't expect my
attempts @ digi photography to be anywhere near as excellent as the posts
you guys make. I have seen some awesome shots whilst lurking in this
newsgroup. I have a couple of shots I am pleased with, here's one where I
have attempted to make it look 'old'.

Thanks.

Your photo is superb for a beginner. The composition is very nice. I
like the lines and the color. The sky is a bit over exposed, but its a
great shot for a beginner with a point & shoot camera.

As for online photo storage, there are many options. For starters, check
with your ISP to see if your ISP service comes with some web space to
share photos. If you google for "photo sharing" you will find lots of
options.

There are quite a few free online storage websites for photos.
Couple to name are Yahoo photos www.yahoo.co.uk and Flickr www.flickr.com
FlickR is quite good as you can email photos to it or text camera photos.

deviantart.com is a great one (despite the name).

For instance I have a bunch of pictures at
http://badchess.deviantart.com/

It's free unless you want to pay for some added features.
