I just finished my new build and decided to try the IGPU, Intel 3000; I watched a movie and it just didn't quite look right. Would the addition of a discrete card help the picture? Use is about 50% watching movies and video encoding, the other half for general computing and very low-level games. If I added a card, I would prefer NVIDIA for the CUDA for the video encoding.

MOBO: Asus P8Z68-v PRO/GEN 3 CPU: I7 2600K

Thanks

Thanks, but I think a 560ti is way overkill for my purposes. Looking for suggestions more along the lines of what I use the computer for.

Jewel Quest 1,2 Hoyle Casino 3D Windows games.

I decided to jump up a few tiers and get EVGA GTX550ti, only $119 after rebate. Probably still more than I need but for the price I couldn't pass it up. Thanks for the input,
