We need to know what power supply you have.
Please be specific. Not I have a 500watt. Brand makes a big difference.

That's great you have a motherboard.....although that has no bearing whatsoever on what gpu you choose.......we need to know what power supply make and model you have before we can suggest anything.

You want a GTX680, but they are in short supply right now, you'll probably have to wait a bit.

At your price ceiling and going on that site's prices, I'd say a 7870 is your best bet. (If you go nvidia, 570 is possible, but the 7870 is a better performer at the price: http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/518?vs=548 )

Another option would be to get a 7850, then get another one down the line (I think your existing PSU could support it).
