i am not hardcore gamer but love to play games in free time.i have $80-$90 budget please suggest me a video card..

Here are a few for you to look at and if you look at the chart you will notice that the HIS 6750 is the highest ranked card on the chart along with the 5750. From the Nvidia side the GTS 450 would be the higher ranked card.

Usually the card will come with a molex to 6 pin adaptor so you can attach the adaptor to a molex plug and then plug the 6 pin end into the card.

If he gets one at the top of his budget there are a few that require a 6 pin connector. Like the 6750 and with a rebate it will fall into his budget range.
