Radeon HD 7850 & Samsung S23A350H problem

Hi all, today i bought HD 7850 and connected it with Samsung S23A350H monitor. When i put it in full hd resolution 1920x1080 image does not cover entire display area of monitor. There is roughly 2cm of black screen on all 4 sides. I'm running Win 7 pro 64 bit, and mother board is Asrock Z77 Pro 3. I've installed drivers like 3 times from scratch and don't know what to do. (when i put lower resolution like 1280x1024 image entirely covers monitor surface) Thx for help

Edit: ...Cleared for accuracy.

Right click on your desktop, select Catalyst Control Center. On the left side it should say "My Digital Flat Panel", expand it and select "scaling options". Now try the slider until it fills the black area.

Edit 2: Assuming you installed the Catalyst drivers.

Adjust the settings on the monitor itself? Something like size or positioning?
