After-format issues

Hey,
just reformatted to windows 7 ultimate 64bit and installed all the updates and FX-bulldozer hotfixes.

Now when i boot the PC it goes fine, but when it reaches to windows the mouse staggers and like lags a lot for like 5-seconds.

It sometimes even lags when i open a program or open a game when it has to load.
Any fixes?

Also, after the hotfix my mobo voltages have changed from 1.300 , 1.325 , 1.350 etc. etc. to 1.3175 , 1.320 etc which is weird

Just happened again, opened a .cfg file to edit some stuff and my whole pc just froze:
moving mouse didnt work, ctrl alt delete didnt work, when i pressed caps or num lock the lights on my keyboard didnt work...

Did the computer work better before the hotfix install ?

check your temps
Any overclocking done ?

Indeed it is strange, maybe you have to update bios or change settings

After reading a bit their are 2 hotfixes out and it sais that if you have issues with it install: uninstall it

i also get a 0x0000101 error code BSOD
