Hey, everyone. My friend needs a new PC for gaming. He's going for about $700. So here's what I already got for him. I need your advice for some parts. I was looking a lot at other topics, but I'm still not quite sure.

Approximate Purchase Date: someday in July

Budget Range: 600-730 dollars

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming, photoshop, internet surfing ofcourse etc

Parts Not Required: monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, ODD

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: local shops in my country, you still won't understand language and pricing

Country: Lithuania

Parts Preferences: continue reading

Overclocking: Maybe, not very much

SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: nope, not a single comment is found

So here's my build already:

CPU: Intel i3-2120 @3.3ghz or i5-3450 @3.1ghz
RAM: Patriot 2x4gb @1600mhz or @1333mhz if i3-2120 will be used
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 3.5" 1TB
PSU: Cooler Master GX-Lite 500W
Case: Nexus Thrio 310

So now I only need MB and GPU. I would really like to get nvidia, but in this price range they just aren't that good. So what you think. with these items I have ~255 dollars left. I'm thinking about GF 550ti. It's quite good, ofcourse some radeons are a bit better than it, but as I said I really like nvidia.

And about those two CPUs. I don't which one to choose. i5 is more powerful and also much more expensive, while i3 is cheaper, but not so powerful. Maybe with those extra 60 dollars I could buy better other parts, but if not, I will buy an i5. Or maybe you can suggest a cpu which is between those two in price and power?

You can also suggest another items to change in current build.

So I was looking through some GPUs and I finally decided. Here's my rig, only MB is needed:
CPU: Intel i3-2120 @3.3ghz
GPU: ASUS GTX 560
RAM: Patriot 2x4gb @1333mhz
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 3.5" 1TB
PSU: Cooler Master GX-Lite 500W
Case: Nexus Thrio 310

But now I need better PSU. Any suggestions for PSU and MB?

it is much better to get a quality 500 watt PSU than a 600 watt cheap one.

can you link where you are buying from or link choices you have for the budget?
