The only exact match I know of is Lian-Li. Cooler Master also makes cases with front USB ports but I'm not sure about the motherboard tray. You can make any case toolless by buying thumbscrews to replace the machine screws. Lian-Li is the nicest case I've come across but it's kinda pricey.

That's nothing compared to how expensive <A HREF="http://phamcomputer.safeshopper.com/31/253.htm?820" target="_new">this</A> case is. More info <A HREF="http://www.phamcomputer.com/enermax/aluminumcase/comparo01.html" target="_new">here</A>.
Looks like a sweet case, but I doubt it's worth $415.

I only have one problem with these Aluminum cases...the floppy/cd-rom,etc drives come in beige, that's got to be pretty damn ugly when you put your system together.
That's why I'm opting for a beige Antec 1030(www.antec-inc.com). I can forgo the slide-out MB, that's not really a big deal anyhow. As for front USB ports, you can just buy a front-bay cover that has them, so the case doesn't HAVE to have them built-in to get the front USB's.

It doesn't look as bad as you think. If you were really picky you could remove the bezels from your cd drive and floppy and paint them silver. It's very easy to do. Or use the spare aluminum blanking plates to cut aluminum face plates for the drives. Some people attach the extra plates directly to the tray of their cd drives which completely hides them when closed.
