the gtx are out of stock every were i look its insane how hard they are to find its the last thing i need i beleve is a GPU its my first build im stoked =)

Nice build. However, be sure to overclock the ever-loving crap out of your CPU. And buying an SSD for gaming is generally a good idea, although not necessary.

As for the GPU, if you don't want to wait for GTX680 you can buy 2 of these and SLI them, but I don't think they'll be as powerful as a 680:

So that leaves you with the ATI camp. 7950 is available and has just short performance of a 7970 for $80-100 less, so I'd suggest going with that.

You can also buy two of these and CF them to get better than 7970 performance but I personally prefer single-card solutions.

Out of all these I think you should go 7950 as it has the best bang-for-buck and you can always throw in another if you feel the need. And sorry for the late reply, but the forum wasn't allowing me to post for some reason.
