I5 3570 case/psu question

Hello, I just built a system and only parts that I did not order yet are case and PSU. So the system is this:

CPU: i5 3570K
MoBo: AsRock Z77 Pro3 1155 (I can still change my order to Biostar TZ77A LGA 1155 Z77 which is $20 cheaper)
SSD: Kingston SSDNow V+200 120GB SATA III
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon 6850 1GB 256-bit
RAM: G.SKILL Sniper Low Voltage Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3

For case I am considering RAIDMAX Typhoon ATX-312WSP Black SECC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 450W Power Supply which is $25 dollars right now at Newegg.

I also have an unused case on which I can install a new PSU.

The system will be mainly used for Photoshop and Dreamweaver, however, occasionally it will be used for gaming as well (Civ 5 etc.).

I am a value buyer, I don't buy low quality items but I also don't like to waste money for minimal improvements and I am not hardcore gamer. I would like to keep the system for at least 3 years.

Keeping those priorities in mind, what would you advise me for case/psu, also I would appreciate any advise on the system in general.
