So I know this is solved but you really didn't all ow for much feedback.
uvb has a great setup the only thing I would change is the PSU. If you haven't bought yet get XFX, Seasonic, or Corsair PSU 80 PLUS Bronze certified and like 550w should be plenty. Here are a few...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151093

Also if you want the storm enforcer case, get it instead of the Antec One. Also, the ASRock Extreme4 is like $115 at newegg. Oh, and if you still have room in the budget, get an SSD. I would check out slickdeals.net for good deals on them. I think right know there is a good deal for the Agility 3 90GB @ newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227725

Basically, my build would look more like this...

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($34.98 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard (~$120.00 @ Newegg)
Memory: Patriot Signature 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($42.99 @ Newegg)
Hard Drive: Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Hard Drive: OCZ Agility 3 90GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($54.99 @ Newegg)

It is a little over but you could drop down to a i5-2500K and ASRock Z68 motherboard also or just not get the SSD
